Our order cutoff is 12:00 AM midnight (00:00), Europe/London time. Orders received after the cutoff are assigned to the next processing business day for delivery-time calculations.

5. Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

For orders delivered within the United States, we accept return and exchange requests within 30 calendar days of delivery, including returns of defective and non-defective products.

Non-defective returns must meet the condition requirements in our Return and Refund Policy.

Returns are mailed to an assigned warehouse within the United States. The appropriate address is provided after you contact us because different products may be returned to different warehouses.

Customers pay return postage for non-defective returns. We cover necessary return shipping for defective, damaged or incorrect items. We do not charge restocking fees.

Eligible refunds are processed within 3 calendar days after receipt of the returned item, including inspection within that period. Banks and payment providers may require additional time to post the credit.
